Q: Won’t let me login says I didn’t have permission

i had a free account to try then i purchased this and now it wont let me login

I’m having trouble logging into my account from appsumo. The both use the same email fur sone reason I think. I’ve tried to enter my email and it all
Says the same thing. I’ve emailed you guys also with no response
