Q: Question about Recurring Billing and Automated Reminders
Hello! I’m interested in your product but need to confirm some details regarding recurring billing:
Recurring Invoice Sending: I understand that the system can send monthly invoices to my clients. Could you please confirm if the client automatically receives the invoice via email each month?
Payment Reminders for Pending Invoices: If an invoice is not marked as paid, does the system allow automatic reminder emails? If so:
How many reminders can be configured?
Are the number and frequency of reminders customizable?
Message Customization: I’d like to know if it’s possible to customize the message in the recurring invoice and reminder emails, including an option for a final reminder that notifies the client of service termination if the invoice remains unpaid after a certain period.

Nov 5, 2024A: We do not have reminders in case of recurring invoices but we will add that in future.
If you choose to auto send recurring invoices, then the invoices will be sent via email every cycle ( day, month, or week).
On regular invoices, you can add upto 3 reminders and customize messages of the reminder.
