Customer Support is dishonest
I've been talking with their customer support people for more than 8 weeks. I started with a trial account and then bought the paid account based upon them promising they would fix a simple "city" and "state" field on the invoices. You cannot use the software because it doesn't print a remit address in US format for a vendor to send a check to.. It does zero good to have software that you have to edit each invoice after you make it by typing your own address on it.. It's like using a typewriter. I've been emailing with the support team and owner for 8 weeks about this.. and every response I get is .. we'll have this fixed in two days. 8 weeks!

Customer Support is not dishonest and does not intend to be. Saying a team dishonest because a feature got delayed is not justified at all.
Coming to the issue now
As team said, update was ready and was planned to be shipped in couple of days when support said to you it will be rolled out in a day or two. But it got delayed, we had to bundle this ship with few other small updates and we are already working to ship them.
There are many things going on when a software is being rapidly developed, maintained and customer support is being handled. There can be delays, priorities can change, backlog can go through changes.
So kindness and understanding is appreciated.
If the feature/update is promised, it will be there.
We already replied to your ticket and updated you as well.
