Q: 1.

Why do you impose a limit on selling per month? What does happen above that limit?
2. You accept offline payment? Does it mean we mark payment completed after receiving it from a customer by bank transfer?
3. Do offline payment sales count towards that limit?
4. I see screenshots from pricing tables on your presentation. Can we create those tables embedding them on website?
5. Our customers will have access to some sort of customer portal? Is there a CNAME?

A: Hi,

1. There is no limit on selling - just a limit on free processing. If you go above the included amount we charge a small percentage (0.6%) (only on the amount above the limit)
So on Tier 1, if you processed $6k, you would get the first $5k free, then we would charge you 0.6% on the additional $1k = $6 per month.
2. Yes you can mark payments received manually if you get a check, wire transfer etc
3.Yes offline payment count towards the limit.
4. Yes - those pricing tables are a hosted shopfront called Flexcheck that comes included with Billforward. You can put them inside your website.
5. We are working on a portal. It is due for completion in q4 2021.

I have some good news regarding the deal limits! We’ve listened to feedback from the Sumo-ling community closely, and decided to make this an even better deal by increasing the limits of tour Tier 2 plan to include $20,000 monthly USD processing, and the Tier 3 plan to now include $50,000 monthly USD processing.
