If it's for a custom priced subscription, all they need to do is create a custom plan for a particular customer (for this, the "clone" button might come in handy if you are selling a very similar offering at different price points- it can save a lot of time to clone an existing plan and make adjustments to it rather than create one from scratch :) ).
