Q: how easy will it be to sell tickets for conferences?

We do not have any customers selling tickets at the moment, but Billforward has a one-off invoicing functionality (as well as recurring) so this should be possible - depending what ticketing platform you are using and whether you are planning to do it manually - or need a direct integration.
