Q: Claude API key not saved?
Hi,
Bought Tier 3 to test extensively, and it seems I have used up all test credits for the Claude API in my testing project đ ... Inside the chat I am told, I can either add in my own key or continue without.
When adding in my own key, it does not save it, and I keep getting the same message to add it in.
-> When I press save and continue (for the API key), I get a different message, that the Claude model usage has reached its limit, and I can either start 7-day trial for premium or continue without agent mode.
Naturally, I want it to use my own key and continue WITH agent mode.
What to do?
There's no icon or link for support inside the BindAI app (what I can see - you might want to add that into the interface), and why I ask here :-)
(That said, I have added in my OpenAI key without any problems)

Sep 8, 2025A: We reviewed this issue. It occurs when your Claude or OpenAI account is not funded, and does not have sufficient balance.
We are working on adding a better error message for this. Meanwhile, you can try funding your Claude API key and try again, it should work.

both my Claude and OpenAI accounts are funded, but there's no activity.
This suggests that the api-key is not properly saved?
I have used all my credits from purchase (even upgraded to Tier4 :) ), and even if I aded in my key, I just have normal chat now, instead of Claude.
A nice feature would be to have a dedicated space for adding in api-keys, just like there is for Github (on the left side)
