We just bought Tier 7. According to the product page this tier includes: - 12 team seats - Models accessible for the team: GPT-5 family, Gemini 2.5 Pro, O3 or similar However, when my team members log in, they do not have access to GPT-5 or Claude, even though I invited them through my account. Instead, they are prompted to upgrade individually with a monthly fee. Could you please check and clarify this? Based on the Tier 7 description, model access should be included for all team members, without additional charges.
