Looking at Tier 3 and up there is a limit on the number of branches synced and I'm wondering if that's per project or per account. I'm assuming it's per project since it would be ill advised to create multiple projects from one branch. But, it would make sense to require more than one branch per project.

Can you please clarify for me if that limit is actually per project?
