It is highly unlikely that you would be able to create 100 apps with 3000 greta credits, because each creation itself costs 30 credits on greta and every subsequent iteration is 20 credits, so you'll likely create 2-3 simple applications with Greta. You can accomplish similar results with Bind AI, however, we allow you much more advanced models for complex coding.
