Since the Black Friday deal, many LLM options have been removed for us AppSumo lifetime buyers. I find it inconceivable that you’re trying to force users to upgrade. Or am I missing something? I spent a couple of hundred dollars on buying your lifetime deal, and now I get reduced features unless I pay you more money. It would make more sense to get a Claude subscription then. I’ve also noticed no questions have been addressed for months on AppSumo—which is another reason to tread carefully with Bind AI. This isn’t fair, and it’s becoming a trend on AppSumo. Please clarify.

Can you clarify which options you are seeing as removed?
We released the following models for AppSumo tiers: Claude 4.5 Sonnet, Claude 4.5 Haiku, GPT 5.1 (Fast), GPT 5.1 (Thinking). We also released a lot more features to AppSumo tiers, even the ones which are not listed on the deal page.
As a part of Black Friday deal, we launched a new plan (Scale max - $199/month) with Claude 4.5 Opus model and priority access to Gemini 3.0 pro. And we gave an option for everyone to purchase bundles to get access to this.
As a part of AppSumo tier, we never have promised or committed these features, and we will continue building more expensive plans for larger companies.
As far as your existing tier is concerned, you should be able to get significant value from 4.5 Sonnet and GPT 5.1 models, and we will continue releasing new features and models.
It is fair to be concerned, however please be assured that your features are not removed.
