I purchased Tier 7 with high expectations based on the promises and feedback from some users about what the tool can do.

However, when I activated my account and tried to use the coding co-pilot for the first time, a pop-up appeared asking me to upgrade to the Enterprise Plan, and the system wouldn't allow me to run my request.

Even with Tier 7, which according to the offer description included the co-pilot, and logged in as an administrator... When I tried to contact for clarification, there were no available channels in the system.

Was this really supposed to happen?
