- Since the Black Friday deal, many LLM options have been removed for us AppSumo lifetime buyers. I find it inconceivable that you’re trying to force users to upgrade. Or am I missing something? I spent a couple of hundred dollars on buying your lifetime deal, and now I get reduced features unless I pay you more money. It would make more sense to get a Claude subscription then. I’ve also noticed no questions have been addressed for months on AppSumo—which is another reason to tread carefully with Bind AI. This isn’t fair, and it’s becoming a trend on AppSumo. Please clarify.
- I noticed that you support Gemini 3.0 Pro recently. However, as a tier 5 user, I cannot use it? Is this a bug or I need higher tier to use it?

- Hello, Whenever I run ‘npm install’, it gets cancelled after a while. I also tried breaking down the entire installation package into individual parts, but these are not executed either. Is there a known solution to this problem? Or an approach I can take with AI? I have Appsumo Tier 3.
