Q: NOT ACCESSIBLE for our TEAM
We just bought Tier 7.
According to the product page this tier includes:
- 12 team seats
- Models accessible for the team: GPT-5 family, Gemini 2.5 Pro, O3 or similar
However, when my team members log in, they do not have access to GPT-5 or Claude, even though I invited them through my account. Instead, they are prompted to upgrade individually with a monthly fee.
Could you please check and clarify this? Based on the Tier 7 description, model access should be included for all team members, without additional charges.

1. Invite as "Collaborator", so that they get access to models
2. When you invite they need to accept.
