Q: What's the future ?

I have tried the free version and I got a decent result.
But I have 2 concerns :
- I see many support requests unanswered after days on the discord channel. I noticed you changed to a new channel, but how do you explain such an unresponsive support ?
- In one previous review, a user mentioned that you already came back for a "last call" in april or May. Now you are back. Is your business based on LTD and if so how is it sustainable?

A: 1. We're experiencing extremely high volumes as this a launch week. Our standard SLA is much faster for response. We understand users want to get support, and we definitely provide that. We have also just introduced a new support email and ticketing system to streamline the responses (support@getbind.co)
2. We came back specifically because we're launching Teams Collaboration with Tier 6 & Tier 7, which was a highly requested functionality. Rest of the tiers have no change.
