Bind AI - Plus Exclusive Reviews

I’ve been using Bind AI for a few days now, and it’s already shaping up to be one of my favorite tools. You can build amazing things with it. Compared to Greta AI, Bind feels more advanced and clearly geared toward developers. Highly recommended.

I don't get the hype over this tool. Maybe their from non-developers. When the code output is worse but you are using the same models, it is seriously concerning.
The IDE feature seems half baked. I was expecting a bolt.new competitor. But it's worse than bolt.new first released last year, not what they are right now, in Sept 2025. Using Gemini 2.5 Pro, it couldn't even create a lemonade tycoon clone using React. I use this as a benchmark of sorts. It errored out before even creating a bulk of the files.

I will likely refund this. Look elsewhere unless you want to be disappointed.

Avoid This Product – Persistent Issues and No Support
One of the worst products I have purchased on AppSumo. At first, it worked decently for a few months. However, about three months ago, I started getting an error message every time I tried to log in, saying I had used up all my credits—even though I couldn't do anything with the product.
The support team at GetBind has not provided any solution to this problem. It's been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to stay away from this product.

I'm a Tier 3 lifetime subscriber (purchased over a year ago) who recently began exploring Bind AI as a non-coder. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite frustrating due to lack of transparency and non-existent customer support.

The Issues:

Despite having Tier 3 entitlements (3M compute points/month, 5M tokens, unlimited code executions, BYOAPI), after just a few days of usage, I'm being blocked from core features with messages like "Subscribe to Premium for Extended Access or add API key." The BYOAPI feature (included in Tier 3) for adding Claude API keys isn't working properly - no success/failure messages appear when saving keys, which prevents me from accessing functionality I've already paid for.

Basic platform functionality seems to be missing: no way to track remaining tokens or even delete files to clean up project.

Most concerning: Contact option via portal and Emails to support (sam@getbind.co ) have received no response despite waiting for several days, similar to concerns raised by other users in AppSumo reviews. Not sure if AppSumo LT subscribers are getting this treatment.

Bottom Line:

The product has good potential but is currently not-user consumable as expected due to by non-existent customer support and lack of transparency on remaining tokens. All it shows asking to buy another subscription.

If customer care contact has changed, please update your web page and consider adding a basic dashboard to show token usage/remaining count.

I hope to see improvements that make this product usable.

At present regret paying for Tier-3 Appsumo subscription.

I used this tool this is realy useful and more accurate , The best thing all AI model at one place that is very helpful to switch any model without impact on existing code

If today i have money , i definately upgrade tyer 3, I wait this tool for long time , today deal infront of me but i dont have money.
