No Support Response & Lack of Transparency to show remaining token/deduction
I'm a Tier 3 lifetime subscriber (purchased over a year ago) who recently began exploring Bind AI as a non-coder. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite frustrating due to lack of transparency and non-existent customer support.
The Issues:
Despite having Tier 3 entitlements (3M compute points/month, 5M tokens, unlimited code executions, BYOAPI), after just a few days of usage, I'm being blocked from core features with messages like "Subscribe to Premium for Extended Access or add API key." The BYOAPI feature (included in Tier 3) for adding Claude API keys isn't working properly - no success/failure messages appear when saving keys, which prevents me from accessing functionality I've already paid for.
Basic platform functionality seems to be missing: no way to track remaining tokens or even delete files to clean up project.
Most concerning: Contact option via portal and Emails to support (sam@getbind.co ) have received no response despite waiting for several days, similar to concerns raised by other users in AppSumo reviews. Not sure if AppSumo LT subscribers are getting this treatment.
Bottom Line:
The product has good potential but is currently not-user consumable as expected due to by non-existent customer support and lack of transparency on remaining tokens. All it shows asking to buy another subscription.
If customer care contact has changed, please update your web page and consider adding a basic dashboard to show token usage/remaining count.
I hope to see improvements that make this product usable.
At present regret paying for Tier-3 Appsumo subscription.
