Promising product but serious doubts about leadership
While this product indeed looks very promising, especially with the IDE, I have serious doubts about the leadership of this company.
At the surface, if I were to guess, this looks like a company founded by a talented programmer with limited market or executive experience. I might be completely wrong about that, but why would I say that? (I have 7 years executive experience for what it's worth)
Well, for the fact that there are ZERO options for customer support inside the dashboard of this product. Like nada, nothing, zilch. That should be a huge RED FLAG in itself. Also if you have some kind of error with the output from your BYOK then forget about error log, there is none.
Good luck solving the problem without error log and without support.
Honestly, it looks like someone is just hustling together this product from bits and pieces, and I think it risks going way to technical and broken without proper customer care processes, and that will mean it won't get market traction. Look at Lovable the primary competitor, they packaged that stuff in the correct way for the masses. I am not so sure Bind will be able to.
I think in the end the issue becomes that if an idiot can't use it, then good luck getting the early mover market traction enough to get capital to develop this faster then the competition. Some other whale will just step in and recreate the whole thing from scratch but so even an idiot can use it with customer support, and then Bind becomes a fish dead in the water.
Just do it right from the start, add a live chat widget how hard can it be? Actually the only reason I leave this review is with the hopes of that this doesn't happen and that the founder wakes up to the fact that he seriously needs to offer customer support on his product. How else can anyone take this company seriously?
