even organise the sessions in just one workspace?) has me disappointed. In my opinion workspaces should be unlimited as I see the higher tiers targeted towards agencies (Workspaces are to keep things organised, this is super basic), if more workspaces are introduced I'd be more than happy to buy the highest tier but without workspaces it'll be a disappointing pass.

Prior to AppSumo most of our users were from companies developing their own products, so we never really needed to cater to an agency use case, which is why the AppSumo deal structure is set up this way.
Apologies for that. We will add an option to create multiple workspaces, but unfortunately we can't change the AppSumo deal after the launch.

It's not an agency use case. if you have a team with only 10 members but test in different products/teams. How you can make the user experience better for those users? messy with a lot of videos in one workspace? or having at least folders to manage for each team/projects?
This is not a good answer when your power users have problems and give you the feedback how to make the product better.
Yeah, we will add more organisation features for sure. At this stage can't really promise when, as we have improvements to the core tech of capturing technical data on the short-term roadmap.
