It does exactly what it says it does 🐛

It's very clean, informative and user friendly and makes reporting bugs an absolute breeze by providing much more useful information than just a video or the usual vague, text based descriptions that users report. My own company use this as do 2 others that I'm involved with and the consensus is that it's invaluable.

Bird Eats Bug is very useful, has a great interface, a stable Chrome plugin and is an absolute dream to use - not hit a single glitch or clunk, which is a great demonstration that they practice what they preach.

I'm wondering why I didn't get something similar before? 🤷🏼‍♂️

If there was one complaint, I'd like to have folders and other ways to organise the recordings, solely because certain users or teams might be responsible for certain applications. You can use tags and it does reference the domain you record so that's something but I do lean towards folder style structures just for simplicity.

Some more integrations would be great too. Project management tools like Nifty, Ora or even FlowLu spring to mind. my preference would be Nifty, even if it's via Zapier / Pabbly Connect or another integration tool.
