My team and I have used this for a few months so I can say this is a pretty honest and realistic review (in my humble opinion based on what we needed);

- Showing code bugs is epic, and the upload videos bugs to our Trello is a fantastic feature
- LTD is cost-effective
- We started out on Tier 1 and then I just recently upgraded to Tier 2), the 6 mos retention seemed appealing in the long run vs the 3 mos on Tier 1 plan
- Chrome extension is nice, convenient
- Can't wait for SDK to come out so we can use cross-browsers like Firefox and Safari testing
- Highly intuitive and easy to use, I think it took 5 min and everything clicked in the UI
- Responsive team, supportive
