Well, our live chat tool was completely redesigned about two months ago.. it's very fast and easy to use. You can customize what information you want to collect up-front from the visitor. The biggest thing that separates our live chat from the competition is the ability to click a button, instantly film a video using your webcam and send over to the visitor... allowing to establish an instant human connection. The process we have patented to be quick, which is needed.

Bigger picture, however, the value of BirdSeed is allowing a business to move beyond just live chat... for those visitors that aren't ready to live chat with you(earlier in the sales cycle), don't prefer to use live chat(want to talk over the phone) or visit your website when you aren't available, you are able to offer other ways for them to engage with you.

So, while live chat is great and needed, our goal is to offer more options to more visitors at different times :)
