Zapier integration, like Helpshelf does. Nice and clean.
Birdseed feels more locked into their own tools, but they're limited. Some of us have spent a lot of time locking down contact forms, support tools, etc. Birdseed as AMAZING additional features -- video - whoa! That alone makes me want to use Fleeq finally, but if i have to give up everything I've put energy in for not very robust contact form, newsletter, support chat/video, etc, I'm afraid I have to go back to a tool that integrates what I have rather than competing with it in the areas that it isn't competitive.
Am I missing something? (Please tell me I am because I want to love this thing.)
Firm questions:
- where is link launcher I hear people speak of?
- how to I get the codes into my sub-accounts (i have 2 subs)
- any plans for integrations OR more robust Zapier zaps?
No disrespect intended, It's a great tool and maybe if I was just starting out and didn't have a bunch of already great tools, I'd be good, but I really do love Customerly and my wordpress form is already tied in with Gravity and Typerform for distributing to the right person and assigning tasks via automation, and so on...
I'm also interested in sharing this with others as an Agency -- encouraging them to get a plan when they can't answer their own website qs.
Last, I DO think since the free plan is so robust, a *little* something for the Sumolings -- at least when stacking -- is just a marketing word-of-mouth no brainer. Help this community love you (without selling your farm!)
