Q: This seems like the idea product but....

1) Is there a facility so that if a person starts a chat and no operator is online that it tells the user this - I tried it last night on a site and it still says waiting for an operator - I want chat to be on 24 hours but won't man it that long
2) how can the panel pop up on your website like they have it on this appsumo page - ie you don't need to click the question mark
3) when a person submits a testimonial:
- the page that they receive after submitting it is blank . or at least in my testing
- can the owner of the site approve or reject the testimonial?
4) have found a bug with the telephone number field. Here in Barcelona we have 9 digit numbers, but when I try to put in a 9 digit number it comes up with an error and I have to put in more numbers - does not make sense.

Also support seems quite slow :(

A: Hello there!

1. we are working on adding back a timeout tool so that if no agent responds in time, we apologize and collect their information to followup later.

2. That is what we call a proactive message.. that can be a combo of image/video, text and links to your tools.

3. We can certainly check into that -- after submitting the testimonial should go directly into your account and show as "hidden" until you drag it to "visible"

4. Yes, we have realized that there are some countries that it doesn't populate correctly, so we will have a new way of doing it with a country flag over the next few days.

Sorry about the delay in support, we are trying to get caught up, the first 48 hours of these promotions is always so nuts with all of the questions!! :) It's not like that usually!

I am struggling though as if I understand correctly with one code we get one workspace ie one site. Meaning that I can only place the code on one site right?

So then the only difference between free and this is that with this offer you get to remove branding and have a few extra users ?

Or am I missing something ?

I hear you.. if you are only only person, don't mind our branding on the footer and don't need to send Video Messages, you probably may not need this.

That said, there is always the chance that we could change or discontinue the free plan in the future, so always something to consider. We don't have ANY plans to at this point, I am just thinking why someone might to want to pay the $49. Totally your call!

would be great if you could reduce the amount of users and give a few more workspaces (even just 1 or 2 more)! :)
