Buggy - very very buggy!

I bought this a while back with 3 codes to get an agency account so I can use it on multiple sites I own.
I didn't install it until a couple of days ago and I've been pulling my hair out ever since.

1. Adding an Event doesn't work as it should. I was told (through the support ticket) to refresh the page after hitting save. That alone tells you it's buggy. BUT refreshing the page doesn't matter because when I hit save it takes me back to the main Event page.
2. Adding an Event also doesn't work as it should for adding form fields.
3. Scheduling a meeting is even worse. First of all, it doesn't sync with my calendar. I don't know if it's because I'm using 3 accounts connecting to the same Google Calendar but it doesn't sync for any of the accounts. It shows time slots on days when I've booked myself busy (out of the office). It also shows time slots that don't match the time slots I set up for my office hours or for that particular event.
4. The call back feature shows in the dashboard as a missed call before the time has run out. In fact it shows up as a missed call and an active conversation, whereas it's neither a missed call OR an active conversation. It's a request to call back.
5. The Live chat seems to work as I've tested as myself contacting myself. However, the chat transcript that is emailed has a HUGE Birdseed logo on the top and the support email address for Birdseed. To me, the chat transcript should be branded to the company that the person was chatting with and the email should be the support email of the same company.
6. The Contact Form works but shows up in my inbox with the subject "New Message", which doesn't really say much and I suspect will eventually get flagged as spam.
7. The Email Capture / Newsletter results in an email sent to me with the subject "New Registration" but then what do I do -- manually add it to my email list? If I click on the link in that email, I go to a dashboard (presumably the one that matches the website the form was on) but NO, it's another account's dashboard!!!
8. FAQs seems easy enough to set-up

This app really excited me, which is why I stacked 3 deals. I'm not very excited any more and I hope all these bugs get ironed out quickly or else it's useless.
