Great Idea...Please Execute
This is the start of a great tool...I really hope they follow thru on the development. The setup appears simple enough, but upon testing much of the integration is flawed.
Oh...do not waste your time with the mobile app. In a word, trainwreck. It does not notify you of a new chat (duh!), you have to click on anything you are attempting to activate multiple times & the chat conversation does not stay in consequential order. What is this "Sent Invalid date" error that continues to pop up?
Its only been an hour...but no response from the ticket I submitted. Based on others' reviews, it may be awhile.

Hello and thank you very much for the review and taking the time to write it.
Regarding the mobile app, there are certainly a few things we are still working on and will have an update in the next week or so, but I use the Android App Daily and don't run into issues. Either way, I apologize and we will be updating very soon!
Regarding your ticket.. I am sure who said there was dramatic delay in tickets? Our AppSumo promotion started last Tuesday and we were running about 24 times on avg. and today the email went out to many, many people and I believe we have kept to about an an hour response time. I don't have anything to go off of, but if you have an more info you can send me, I can look into your issues ASAP! my directly email is drew@birdseed.io.
