Great tool, not mobile ready, bad support.
The tool is great on desktop! However it can’t be used on mobile, as the mobile users get stuck and can’t navigate. The support team told me it would be solved in a few days, however 2 weeks later they don’t reply anymore and I feel less and less confident.
Another thing is that it would be great if the chat would only show if the agent is online.

Thanks you for your review and taking the the time to write it.
Since I don't know who you are or what the ticket is, it's hard for me to know what you are referring to exactly.. do you mean visitors viewing from a mobile phone, user logged into the admin of BirdSeed or our mobile app? I am not sure what we would have promised that isn't done, but we definitely take our support seriously and while we have a many tickets we are working on right now, we do really try and respond within a few hours of submitting a ticket and are working most weekends.
Are you able to provide the ticket number here if you don't want to share your name? I just don't know what else to respond to if I don't have that.
