I would like to know if your bitform can achieve this.
I have 2 fields.
name and Address.
Entry 1: name (John) and address (1st Avenue)
System accept
Entry 2: name (John) and address (2nd Avenue)
System accept
Entry 3: name (John) and address (1st Avenue)
System declined
Can your bitform do this?
Yes, Bit Form have unique entry feature in most of the form fields. So if its enabled, the same value will not be submitted twice.

If only for two fields serve unique identifiers, so as example above when I enter entry no 2, it will get rejected because John as already submit in entry no 1?
Will the addresses be in Select field or Dropdown field? if so, you can add conditional logic to show or hide specific options based on previous field input. But if not, then this requirement is not possible.

Since the address is a free-text field, can the conditional logic evaluate existing data already stored in the database? My understanding is that conditional logic typically applies only to data being entered or edited in the current form session.
Yes, you are right, conditional logic only applies only on field input and before Form submit, it cannot be validate existing data stored in database because stored data comes after Form submission.
