Yes, you can add multiple file upload fields on a single form.
Also yes, you can take pictures and upload photo from your phone by using our Advance File upload field. We have a "Capture" option for this functionality.

@james1456 The advanced File upload field doesn't work on mobile and tablet devices. I've tried multiple times and also contacted support. It works on desktop but if you want your customers to take a photo on their phone, bitapps doesn't show the file upload field on mobile
