Q: Duplicate form and sending results
1. Can I easily save/duplicate a form and use on other sites? And if yes, can I edit the form on the second, third, fourth site?
2. When a form is submitted, how many email addresses can the complete data be instantly sent to?
3. Did I see that the plug-in includes a SMTP?
4. Let’s say I have 5 sites and want to use the same form on all. I would like to see all of the entries in site #1. Is this possible with no extra add ons?
5. Does this have ability to do surveys or quizzes?
6. Is yes, for quizzes, can user be directed to a landing page based upon the results of the quiz?

BitApps_Support1.Yes, you can export the Form and import it on another site which has Bit Form installed. But Bit Form does not support multisite(sub domain/sub directories). You can edit the Form using the Form builder if other sites have Bit Form installed.
2. It usually depends on which SMTP server are you using, suppose if you are using Gmail SMTP server, then you can send the data instantly up-to 100 users.

1. If you have Bit Form ( the form builder) installed in the second site, you can import the Form and edit in the second site. But you must have the plugin in the second site otherwise you can edit.
2. As I said earlier, it depends on the SMTP server you are using. You can enter email addresses based on the limitation of the SMTP server.

Thanks for the doc. I watched the video and see I can embed which is great. I'm assuming you can only do that from the landing page set up. How many landing pages can you create within one website?
And can this html code be embedded on non wordpress sites?
You can create as many landing pages you want , one Landing page per one Form and embed it in any pages you want. Also this HTML code can be embedded into non-wordpress site too.

you are misunderstanding my question. In other form builders I set up email notifications. Some clients require it to be sent to 2 or more staff members. How many recipients can I set up in a form? And does conditional work for choosing?
you can set as many email you want in recipients
4. You can make surveys and quizzes like Form but you cannot show instant result or total score.
5. Based on results, user can be re-directed to a landing page or any other URL.
