I wrote to you a couple of days ago (using your web form) requesting assistance because I am no longer receiving the email with the information for each lead who completes my form. Additionally, the required phone number field is not being enforced as required.

I shared my website information and login credentials with you so you could check it yourselves, but I haven't received a reply yet.
