Are file attachments saved anywhere or are they one delivered via email with the form output?

Is there a path to convert existing Contact 7 forms?

I've looked at the support documents. I've tried emailing. I've tried contacting live chat. I've gotten no response. Advanced file upload only works on desktop. It doesn't work on mobile and tablet. When a customer fills out my form on mobile and tries to take a photo to attach with their phone, the app just does not have an upload file field showing up. It just shows the label of the field and that's it. Is this a beta feature that isn't supposed to work yet?
