Hi, I've been playing with the Pro version of the plugin and have the following question. I'd like to capture customer's card details and then capture their payment manually later. For example, once a customer completes a form with Stripe payment fields, they authrorise their card for £££. They attend their first session and then decide to continue. When inputting the form -- i'm unable to have the phone number format correctly -- the design won't allow me to override the layout. i need to be able to select the correct country for form submission and then format the numbers correctly -- if they don't, i've had a few people say they won't submit info. how can i accomplish 1. Pre-selecting the country of the phone number 2. Making sure the number is formatted correctly. I.E. +1 (000)-000-0000 for US numbers
