At the moment I'm using a standard form because I haven't yet been able to design the conversational form the way I want. Support did provide guidance on how to build the conversational layout via the backend, but those instructions were a bit too technical for my comfort level. Lot of possibilities to use use this form builder. I specially like the styling options and file upload forms.

This form generator has all the features I need. It's extremely fast and works flawlessly. The user interface could be modernized a little, but that doesn't affect its functionality.
