I've been very happy since switching to Bitforms to replace WPForms. Bitforms includes all the features I need, like Google Sheets integration and a conversational form option. The Google Sheets sync had a few setup hiccups for me, but the Bitforms support team was consistently responsive and helped me work through the problems.

At the moment I'm using a standard form because I haven't yet been able to design the conversational form the way I want. Support did provide guidance on how to build the conversational layout via the backend, but those instructions were a bit too technical for my comfort level. My hope is Bitforms will make the conversational form builder more user-friendly for non-technical users.

Overall, Bitforms gives me the functionality I was looking for, and the support team’s responsiveness made the transition smooth. I recommend it for anyone who wants a powerful, well-supported form solution and I look forward to future improvements that make advanced features easier for non-tech users.
