And if so, can the data entered into these forms be ported over and automatically synced with custom fields in a filemaker database?

Unfortunately, Bit Integrations has no integration with Formaloo and Filemaker
All the triggers in Bit Integrations are WordPress based. Formaloo is a SAAS form builder. We never bring any Trigger outside of WordPress. Bit Integration has Webhook(incoming) trigger. If Formaloo supports outgoing Webhook, you can try it with webhook.
