Q: Hi, I want to connect Digistore24 (Webhook) and Learndash (Action).
Will this be possible?

Unfortunately, not possible. It is not currently possible to map user data in Learndash as no user data mapping option is available. Therefore, the Actions function is limited to only registered users.
