- We goto your Live Chat but it's been broken for months
- Plugin does not work correctly with Dropbox, and we spent weeks with your support, and you still do not fully and correctly interface with DropBox :(
- Now your plugin lost our lifetime subscription which we already paid for, disabled our pro version, and now says it will delete all our data

Upon checking your subscription, we found that your license is still connected to this site: https://softart.io.
