Q: Can you send from a google sheet to a post?
Also, a google sheet full of products and their details to products on the woo commerce site?
If possible, how often would they be synced?

Unfortunately, Bit Integrations cannot send data from a Google Sheet to a post or sync a Google Sheet full of products and their details with WooCommerce products. All triggers in Bit Integrations are WordPress-based.
But, you can send data from WordPress to Google Sheets
