Also another question I have, as I can see you have Incoming webhook - will it be possible in the future to populate a row in a Google Sheet, then import that data to create a post on Wordpress?

May 15, 2024A: 1. Using Meta Box you can create custom post type, custom field and custom taxonomy.
In Bit Integrations during post create creation we don't have option to add taxonomy.
2. In Bit Integration you can send data from WP to Google Sheet. But can not catch data from Google Sheet to WordPress. You can do via App Script and Webhook.
