Q: Mail api? Smtp for email deliverability?
As a web designer, I sometimes create websites for clients with an Office Business package. The problem is that when website visitors fill out the contact form, the client receives nothing in their inbox. Therefore, I have to install an SMTP plugin each time and create a secret ID and key in the client's Azure account, or set up a mail API with a mail provider like Brevo. It’s all very cumbersome. But for clients who do not have Office Business and only have their info@domain.com added in Outlook, I also have to install an SMTP plugin; otherwise, the emails end up in the client's spam folder. So, to make a long story short: can Bit Integration help solve this problem? Or does Bit Integration not work this way? Love to hear it. Thanks!
Bit Integration also includes a mail action feature, allowing you to send emails to users once a form is submitted. However, to use this mail integration, you must set up your SMTP address.
Our company offers an SMTP plugin that you can use: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bit-smtp/.
