Bit Integrations is appreciated for its cost-effectiveness, extensive feature set, and user-friendly interface. While it may lack some integrations and has minor drawbacks like limited folder visibility in Dropbox integration and occasional support delays, it's a solid buy for those in need of a seamless integration solution. With an overall rating of 4.5 and a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's worth giving it a try.

Cost-effective integration solution
I initially started looking at integration tools but, as a startup, they were cost-prohibitive. Bit Integrations has been a great alternative. While it doesn't have all the integrations some of the big players do, it has many. And you can create custom integrations with web hooks. Well worth the money.

bit integration is the magic solution for advancing my business
This review is after using bit integration for 2 years
I purchased this plugin on August 7, 2022
I was looking at the cost of automating what I wanted on my site and my clients’ sites, and I found that I had to pay large and recurring amounts, so bit integration was the magic solution. I had no problems with it
I was able to connect all the plugins I wanted to integrate with other plugins
bit integration is the perfect solution for agents who want to expand their business online, as well as the perfect solution for beginners who want to avoid the high costs of automation service

DropBox Integration Missing Folders - No Reply from Support Team
DropBox Integration Missing Folders - No Reply from Support Team :(
Bit Integrations shows a dropdown list, but only shows a fraction of the folders in our Dropbox. Using a simple dropdown list is not powerful enough because any user could have a plethora of folders in their Drobox.
In our case, your Bit Integrations shows a simple dropdown list with maybe 25% of the total of our DropBox folders, so we are missing 75% percent of our Drobox folders. The result is that we cannot create the integration we need because our necessary folder is not available from your DropDown list.
Canva.com had the same issue, but they quickly fixed by adding a search at the top of their list of DropBox folders.
After several weeks, Bit Integrations still has not fixed this issue, so that leaves our DropBox integration useless.
We have emailed Bit Integrations support many times, but no recent reply from support, and no recent update from Support Team. No recent fix, timeline, or communication on this issue.

Great no-code integration plugin for WordPress
I don’t often leave feedback, but Bit Integrations really deserves it. It’s a great integration plugin that allows you to send data from WordPress forms and plugins to other WordPress plugins, as well as external services like Google Sheets, CRMs, and email campaign software without injecting any custom code into the functions.php file or via code snippets. You can simply select the form or plugin from the large Bit Integrations trigger list (Bricks, Divi, Spectra, Kadence Blocks, Elementor, Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, SureCart, Easy Digital Downloads, and many more) on the WordPress side and then select the target platform (AcumbaMail, HubSpot, Mailchimp, VBout, WooCommerce, SureCart, Zoho Bigin, Zoho CRM, Zoho Sheet, Discord, Slack, Telegram, Twilio, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc) and setup an action. For example, once a user submits a form, you can add their name and email address to the subscriber list on AcumbaMail or another platform. Sure, there are many forms that provide an option to directly select a particular email platform as an action out of the box, but most of them are limited to well-known brands like MailChimp. In cases where you need to integrate your forms or plugins with other platforms and services, you would have to add custom code to support this integration.
Another great thing about this plugin is that if you don’t find your plugin or form in its pre-built trigger or action list, you can set up a custom action webhook or API or use it as a bridge between WordPress and any other platform or service by pointing your action to one of the SaaS integration platforms like Zapier, Albato, Make, Pabbly etc. Most of these platforms don’t offer a WordPress plugin, and even though you could do some workarounds with custom code in order to send your data from WordPress to their webhook URLs, it’s complex to manage and requires some coding skills and effort, which destroys the idea of no-code integration.
There is a SureTriggers solution that offers both a WordPress plugin and SaaS, but their price is significantly higher than Bit Integrations and Albato combined, and it provides a very limited number of monthly transactions, while Bit Integrations provides unlimited tasks and no restrictions on data sending since it is hosted on your own WordPress website. Moreover, it operates entirely on your server and doesn't collect any user data. I would say Bit Integrations is great by itself when you have all your integrations with the apps from their trigger and action catalogue, but with Albato, you can enhance it further to any integration app, service, or scenario – they complement each other and are great to have as a combo.
There are only a few things I wish Bit Integrations would improve. One is the Amelia booking plugin integration. It already includes Amelia integration as a trigger, but it’s not much different from a simple webhook integration, so you still have to manually set up attribute matching to the actions, which is a nightmare. If you have an event registration with multiple people, it sends the whole list of attributes for all people each time someone books the event. It’s really hard to identify the right field in order to match it to a simple Name and Email and send it further to the email list on an Email marketing platform. It would be really nice if they could simplify this experience with a predefined list of fields and actions like SureTriggers does for their Amelia integration workflow.
I would also like to see integration with Mailster, which is a very popular WordPress email marketing plugin that supports webhooks in its automation configuration. The idea is to make it simple with a quick selection of the predefined scenario with its source data and target services without manual fields matching. Anyway, I am happy with my purchase and see great value in my deployments and workflows. Highly recommend it for WordPress site owners and agencies.
