Yes, Appsumo Lifetime both Basic and Pro subscriptions do include Vanguard, but only 3D and higher timeframes for Basic, and 1D and higher timeframes for Pro.
The lifetime plans do not include 4h, 6hr, 8hr and 12hr timeframes. The lifetime plans do not include TradingView integration as well. 1Hr and lower TFs do not have meaningful sharpe ratios at the moment. We are still doing research to optimize lower TFs.
Vanguard's highest sharpe ratios belong to 3D and 1W timeframes. So, if you are a medium (1-3 months) or long term investor (3-9 months) than 3D and 1W timeframes would work best. Vanguard 8hr and 12hr timeframes have high sharpe ratios as well, but you will need to be trading frequently to beat 3D and 1W Vanguard.
