-Short, concise video tutorials would help users understand the platform’s functionalities without feeling overwhelmed.

I don\u0027t comment often. I own the Pro plan. I have 6+ years as a Plus Sumoling and around 1000 LTD purchases. Burkan: Your responses, particularly this one, come off dismissive. I know it isn\u0027t intended. AS\u0027s value prop is the FEEDBACK you get from beta testers. I\u0027ll be reassured about my Biyond purchase if you say you\u0027ll roadmap the ideas rather than litigate them. Ignore this @ Biyond\u0027s peril. 🤷
