Over the past few weeks, we’ve been listening closely to your feedback and working behind the scenes to deliver major improvements and powerful new features. This update is a big step forward in our mission to simplify and enhance your social media marketing workflows.

What’s New in Version 3.8

• YouTube integration has been added to expand your social media coverage
• OpenRouter integration gives access to a wider variety of AI models
• Claude is now available as another advanced AI assistant option
• We’ve successfully migrated our servers and database to AWS for improved speed, security, and reliability
• Resolved PDF reading issues and enhanced PDF reporting inside BizReply
• Introduced custom filter layers for more refined post discovery
• Upgraded AND query functionality for more precise keyword tracking
• Currently working on mention sorting and platform translation for better multi-language usability
• We are also polishing up UI/UX design to improve ease of use and polish new features

This release is part of a broader effort to create a more stable, efficient, and user-friendly experience.

A: Yes. On all plans, you can manage which team members have access to specific brands or projects.

Q: Is BYOK required?

A: Yes. All current plans require you to bring your own API key (e.g., OpenAI or Claude), giving you full flexibility and control.
