- We’ve successfully migrated our servers and database to AWS for improved speed, security, and reliability
- Resolved PDF reading issues and enhanced PDF reporting inside BizReply
- Introduced custom filter layers for more refined post discovery
- Upgraded AND query functionality for more precise keyword tracking
- Currently working on mention sorting and platform translation for better multi-language usability
- We are also polishing up UI/UX design to improve ease of use and polish new features

A: Yes. All current plans require you to bring your own API key (e.g., OpenAI or Claude), giving you full flexibility and control.
