Q: Alternative to Klavyio?

On the deal page, it says "Alternative to: Klaviyo," which made me curious about its integration with eCommerce and regular websites.

Does the Blastable platform support direct integration for the same popup forms, including features like double opt-in, confirmation emails to the newsletter list, and customizable steps in sign-up forms?

Additionally, for autoresponders, does it have a feature to prevent emails from being sent during night hours, resuming at a specific time in the morning, based on each user's preferences?

A: Hey there! Thanks for your curiosity.

- Yes, you can customize popup forms and use our fully functioning API
- We do have double opt in as an option
- You can send confirmation autoresponders
- You can create customizable sign up forms
- We have an AI feature called "perfect timing" where you can send out an email and it will deliver at the time the subscriber is most likely to open it based on their behavior.
- You can also send to contacts at a certain time in their time zone accross the board, so let's say 8:30 am, that would be 8:30am their time.

I hope this helped.

Cheers,
Ryland

Thanks! My last question is about a feature different from time zone sending and perfect timing. Can email flows pause during night hours?

For example, if a flow is (Receive subscription) -> Wait 10 min -> (Send greeting email), it would look odd if it runs at 2 a.m. Can it instead resume at 8 a.m. or another reasonable time for receiving a "greeting" from staff?

Hey mate, we don't pause emails during night hours - we can send them in the contacts local time zone hours though, or use perfect timing sends when ppl are most likely to open an email based on their past behaviour.

In the case of autoresponders, it would send 10mins after they sign up if that is how you set it up... which makes sense b/c they would have just signed up and likely still be online
