Jul 31, 2025A: Hey mate, the number of contacts is the same as the monthly sending limit, so if the sending limit is 100k, then the number of contacts is limited to 100k.
I believe you can create up to 10 custom fields.
Webhooks and API access is included with all plans.
We do not have any plans to integrate SMS as we want to 100% focus on email.
We will have some options to temporarily increase sending if you go over which we be reasonable, but don't have those set in stone yet.
