Q: Product Questions
Hi, I'm considering this software as gifts to two friends! Since they both have vastly different needs, I have a few questions.
1. How many seats does each plan offer? I understand there's only one account; however, one of the gift recipients is not tech savvy--AT ALL! She should have access to her account, but we'll need to help her, so we'll need extra seats to do that.
2. Based on the number of emails sent, the first two plans seem the most appropriate. However, it seems I lose quite a bit of the functionality of the platform by choosing them. I wonder, exactly, specifically, what features are unavailable by choosing the two lower plans? I ask because it is unclear what it means to lose the custom auto responders or the marketing automations because they are not spelled out in the deal.
Thanks.

Jun 11, 2025A: Hey mate, that’s super nice of you to consider gifting Blastable... happy to answer your questions:
1. Tiers 1-6 just come with 1 login/seat, though we do have a monthly option to add additional seats for $10/month. Tiers 7-10 as agency plans have one master login where the main account holder can access any of the sub accounts and then also a separate login for each sub account, so she'd be able to access the account directly, as well as you to help her through the main/master account. There is also a $10/month option to add additional seats here as well.
2. With the lower plans, you don't get the marketing automations (video on that here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjkdMZuFb4c), autoresponders can only be sent daily (as opposed to by the minute with the other plans) and you only get one sender profile, so you can only mail from one sender.
Depending on if your friends need those or not, Tier 3 may make a lot more sense!
