So much potential...

We purchased this deal, with a lot of positive hopes and plans. That didn't last long.

We purchased at level 8 - so it was a real purchase - several hundred dollars. It has been almost a year, and I have held off posting this because I wanted to make sure...

The customer service response times are very sporadic, sometimes acceptable, other times it takes days. I am also convinced that some of the support tickets are deleted. No proof, but have gotten some pretty abrupt answers, and went back - and the response is gone...

The 1K limit of daily uploads is problematic. Make it so that we are limited on sends, not uploads. Then, to get upgraded, you have to send 1K per day - 5 days in a row, and then they open it up to 5K which you have to send those each in a row, and only then, can you reach useful levels. OK, I get it - prtecting the IP and the domain health... but, when you limit the uploads to 1K per day, and then your system glitches on the 3rd day, and doesn't allow us to load any new records, we have to start over? Come on...

I have been doing email marketing for both B2B and B2C for almost 20 years. Your support team was telling me that the best practices that I have used to send lists in the 100's of thousands and millions - successfully, were not best practice. uhhhhh.... Like using a subdomain - or a close domain for sending was not OK - I am not going to do email blasts on my primary domain - EVER - I don't care how good or clean the list is. That is just a domain death wish. (meaning if my company domain is acme.com, I would use "customer.acme.com" or "go-acme.com" for my email blast domains). Now, granted, hey have allowed me to do it finally, and we are getting good open rates...good clicks and no complaints - weird :-)

So, here I am with a huge account, massive sending capacity of 6 MILLION per month, and I am locked in tiny lists hell.

Yes, I am disappointed. No, I would not recommend.
