[Upgraded To 3 Tacos..."Stay Tuned" :)] Support Issue Worked Out - "It's Time To Make The Donuts!" Will Report Back

[11/19/24 Update - Worked out Support Issue - we were using different email addresses. Katie has been great. Still haven't fully used/tested the platform - that's what we're doing now. Will update Overall Rating once we've put it through it's paces.]

I've messaged them when their little Chat Widget says "Hey We're Available" and I've messaged when it doesn't say that. I've used a lot of platforms like this over the years and I'm looking for answers to some basic stuff but haven't heard back. Hopeful that this will catch someone's attention and get a looksee.

I will say that the ELECTRIC BLUE BUBBLES with WHITE TEXT make it nearly impossible to read what things are - especially inside the Automation Creator as you can see here https://share.zight.com/nOu20Ozr

Still hoping this thing will work - haven't even had a chance to send any automation campaigns yet to see if it hits Inbox or not. Will happily change the rating if it turns out otherwise.

As far as the white text on the blue bubbles, I can see it fine on my end on my desktop and laptop, but depending on your brightness and contrast settings can see how it might be a little more difficult on your end.
